Abiding in Christ: engaging with Heaven's economy

Hello Financial Healers,
Today we’ll start my new series: Abiding in Christ. In this program, we’ll answer the question: How do we engage with Heaven’s economy?
Jewish instructors believe there is an ideal available to us. They call this the good life. I believe the good life is real as well, but how do we experience it?
First, we need to understand God wants us to experience blessing (but not in the slimy, Prosperity Doctrine way.) God desires us to grow so we can expand His Kingdom. Ambition is one tool we can use to succeed in this calling.
Is ambition evil?
Ambition tends to be viewed negatively in the church, because unhealthy leaders have used it for their own gains. But the idea of ambition is from God. We see it in Genesis 1:28: “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it; and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Ambition is healthy (as long as it’s aligned with Christ). Ambition helps us reach our goals. Imagine if some of our heroes, Booker T. Washington, Frederick Douglas, Winston Churchill, and Ernest Shackleton, never had any ambition? So many modern blessings we enjoy wouldn’t exist.
The devil wants us to think small, and see ambition as evil. But it’s healthy to pursue your dreams with ferocity. (Obviously, don’t sacrifice your personal health, family, or time with God.) The point I’m making is it’s okay to dream big. Don’t let the devil keep you in a place of small thinking.
And that’s it!
