Abiding in Christ: asking
There are many ways to petition God.

Hello Financial Healers,
I’ve recently had a stressful week, involving medical needs for family. It’s put me in a tremendous place of risk. But even in this season, I’ve sensed Jesus beside me.
Just yesterday, I turned in the spirit and saw the Lord looking at me.
He didn’t speak a single word.
I just looked at Him, and He just looked at me.
In this place of peace, I felt my heart slowly turn from fear to action. Hope was refilling.
I learned that this quiet intimacy is a form of prayer.
This afternoon, we’ll cover even more types of petitioning. Here are just a few the Holy Spirit has highlighted to me:
Intercession—petitions for others
Adoration—worship and praise
Thanksgiving—gratitude and enthusiasm
Confession—repenting of sins and transgressions
Vows—marriage and other promises made to God
