Today we’ll host an open discussion. I’ll share about an effective management strategy I’ve discovered this past year called OKR’s. You’ve probably heard of this acronym, which stands for Objectives and Key Results.
The basic premise is that OKR’s help employees target and close specific objectives. It’s a powerful strategy that I’ve used in my own ministry.
In his book, Measure what Matters, John Doerr describes how OKR’s grew Intel’s revenue from $1 billion to $26 billion. Even juggernauts like Apple and Google are using this system.
Whether you’re a small business owner or a stay-at-home parent, consider using this strategy to set judicious goals and accomplish them with remarkable effectiveness.
